Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is a part of Wells Fargo Technology. ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function.

This position will report to the leader of the Collaboration, Awareness, Transformation, and Education (CATE) team within ICS. This role will be responsible for leading the ICS Security Education & Awareness team responsible for company-wide information and cyber security learning related policies, control documentation, content, education subject matter, awareness artifacts, performance measures and drive strategic initiatives. This position will typically interact with senior leaders across the lines of business in addition to regulators and auditors thus requiring confident and influential communication skills in order to achieve desired outcomes. As Wells Fargo Technology moves to a customer centric product model, the ability to lead with an agile mindset is essential.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
+ Monitor and analyze the results of the ICS education and awareness program to identify where additional learning opportunities exists.
+ Oversee virtual, on-site, and on demand courses and activities aligned with defined information security domains, functions, and solutions.
+ Create or recommend information security policy, control documentation, remediation plans, and reporting controls.
+ Maintain knowledge of emerging risks and technology and lead the development of relevant information and cyber security content to address a changing risk environment.
+ Manage or coordinate production of periodic operational risk performance reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommended strategies.
+ Lead continuous process improvement based on analysis to drive overall process maturity.
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
+ Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
+ A BS/BA degree or higher
+ 6+ years of operational risk, conduct risk or compliance domain experience
+ Experience overseeing development of counter-measure strategies and tactics to offset emerging and evolving external threats from malware/viruses, phishing, pharming and other social engineering schemes
+ Knowledge and understanding of information security policies, creation, interpretation, or enforcement
+ Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
+ Knowledge and understanding of information security operations
+ Knowledge and understanding of information security reporting and analysis
+ Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors
+ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor, (CISA) Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional, (CISSP) or other risk management discipline certification
+ Knowledge and understanding of cloud computing
+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
