The School Aide is an individual who works with studentsrequiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision ofthe special education department and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide supportservices to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeuticcare needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, socialworker or other health care professional.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
+ Follows through withIEP objectives including math, reading, speech, independent skills, andmanaging behavioral deficits and excesses, one on one or as a general classroomaide
+ Facilitates teacher-directed learning activities includinglesson plans, worksheets, reinforcement systems, small groups, social games,and work assistance
+ Assists students when included in general education classes
+ Communicates pertinent information to teachers
+ Accompanies students during recess and lunch periods, alongwith community experiences
+ Strictly adheres to confidentiality requirements regardingall matters pertaining to students, parents, parent communications, and/orclassroom activities. (Note: Unless instructed otherwise by supervisingteacher, all parent communication is the responsibility of certified personnel)
+ Assists with activities of prescribed programs includingthose written by related service personnel such as PT, OT and SLP
+ Assists students in the development of independent skillsthrough self-care activities such as toileting, clothing routines, feeding andpersonal hygiene
+ May be asked to assist in behavior management techniques atthe direction of the teacher and/or other school professional (i.e. BCBA,Psychologist, etc.)
+ Assists teacher with clerical duties including makingstimuli, making copies, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, preparingmaterials, and assignment scoring
+ Assists with transfers and ambulation

Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and review fiduciary tax returns, including Forms 1041, 5227, 990, 990-PF, 1040 and 1099
+ Analyze trust accounting data, trust documents, Schedules K-1, Forms 1099 and other relevant information to determine appropriate tax treatment of income and deductions
+ Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address tax-related questions and concerns
+ Collaborate with senior tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations
+ Respond to tax notices from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state taxing authorities
+ Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions across the practice
Qualifications:
+ Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Trust Administration, or a related field
+ Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
+ Have or pursuing the state-specific education requirements to be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the principal place of business (the state in which the office is located) for this position preferred
+ Basic knowledge of trust, estate, individual, or exempt organization taxation and/or tax information reporting preferred
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess, ONESOURCE Trust Tax) preferred
+ Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude with excellent written/verbal communication and critical thinking skills; ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
+ Must reside within a reasonably commutable distance to the office for this position and be able to travel to reasonably commutable work locations using own means of transportation, such as a personal vehicle or public transportation

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The job focus is to work with all Implementation Centers, Data Conversion Services, Financial Service Centers and clients to ensure timely, efficient reconciliation and entry of quarterly and annual tax deposit information. Full Level Tax (FLT) Specialists develop and maintain effective ADP/Client communications and utilize ADP Full Level Tax (FLT) Smart Standards processes and tools to ensure client satisfaction and use of ADP Tax Filing Services. FLT Specialists ensure all Mid-Quarter Conversion / Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed timely and accurately, and effectively manage assigned client relationships with all internal and external business partners to enhance the overall client experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Analyzes balances and reconciles client tax deposit and filing information with employee balance information and resolves any out of balance conditions by working with the client, Financial Services Center Associates, and assigned Implementation Center Associates.
+ Coordinates and reviews client documentation for client deposits and filings for all affected quarters.
+ Proactively communicates any balance issues, develops resolution plan and notifies client of any advice of debit as applicable.
+ Provides internal business partners and clients with status of Mid-Quarter and Mid-Year conversions.
+ Utilizes Smart Standard FLT Process client communications and Quarterly Tax Verification letter to notify clients of current full level tax status.
+ Provides client with Quarterly Wage and Tax Register to ensure client information is recorded properly for W2 purposes.
+ Utilizes current processes, tools and systems to enter and submit current and prior quarter tax liability and tax deposit information.
+ Utilizes proper tools and systems to record client status, update project milestones, and maintain client documentation in accordance with FLT Smart Standards updates.
+ Ensures timely follow up with clients and internal business partners.
+ Provides technical expertise and guidance to less tenured FLT Implementation Specialists and may assist in their training.
+ Makes recommendations regarding changes to training curriculum and/or new procedures to management or Implementation Team Leader (ITL) as appropriate
+ Attends and participates in training on ADP Payroll and Tax products; keeps up to date on all new product rollouts and existing offerings that affect Full Level Tax. Continues to update knowledge through available resources to ensure familiarity on legislative changes in tax laws.
+ May work on special projects or other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:**
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a service oriented processing capacity
+ Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience required

+ Proven proficiencies in payroll, tax deposit and tax reporting preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
+ Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and effectively utilize resources
