Job Title: SCCM System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will join the team responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our SCCM infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, management, and security of software applications, updates, and operating systems across our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in SCCM and endpoint management, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to meet organizational requirements. Manage software distribution, including packaging, testing, deployment, and updates. Create and maintain software deployment packages, task sequences, and deployment templates. Implement and manage operating system deployment (OSD) processes, including image creation, customization, and deployment. Configure and maintain SCCM site boundaries, distribution points, and client settings. Monitor SCCM environment performance, health, and security, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SCCM integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to SCCM and endpoint management. Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators and end-users as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or similar role in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of SCCM architecture, components, and capabilities. Proficiency in deploying and managing software applications, updates, and operating systems using SCCM and other endpoint management software. Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-101), Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator (SC-300), or similar certifications are a plus.

Job Description

Wolter Kluwer is on an exciting journey to move to a public cloud-based WAN using Infrastructure as Code, and it is looking for a Senior Network Engineer (Cloud) to be a part of the team. The Senior Network Engineer (Cloud) will be responsible for the management, maintenance, support, and development of the networking in Cloud, which will span over 150 global locations and is integral to the company's success. This is a hands-on role and presents an exciting opportunity for anyone with advanced expertise in cloud networking, and network technologies in general.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**You need to have.**

+ 7+ years’ experience in networking & cloud engineering. Recent, expert level experience in managing public **cloud** network,.

+ High degree of expertise in **Cloud networking** - Virtual Networks, NSGs, Transit Gateways, DNS, Traffic Manager, Route 53, Express Routes, Cloud WANs, **SDWAN** etc.

+ Hands-on expertise and experience with **Terraform** (or similar).

+ Hands on experience in **CI/CD & Azure DevOps.**

+ Experience in working with monitoring, complex troubleshooting & debugging, supporting public cloud networks.

+ Experience in cloud network security technologies.

+ Upgrade infrastructure via code changes as required to improve performance and to address Tech Debt.

+ Manage & tune observability for early, proactive identification and remediation of potential issues.

+ Monitor cloud network capacity and performance and address issues proactively.

+ Manage and respond to network incidents, escalating problems to appropriate team members or vendors as required. Troubleshoot and address cloud networking issues.

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who covers jobs responsible for direction and support for computer-based information and communication systems, including technical, programming and development, network communications, and systems analysis.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Troubleshoot and escalated complex network issues for Wells Fargo Bank

+ Participate in major incident management conference calls and associated bridge-lines

+ Work on tickets escalated from tier 2 support

+ Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Manage Incident Process Configuring of network devices

+ Work with advanced technology functions (priority support) / Cisco TAC

+ Work like a subject matter expert for the entire network infrastructure of the bank while supporting technologies like routing, switching, F5, firewalls and proxies.

+ Mentor and train tier 1 and tier 2

+ Open change controls and emergency break-fix change records

+ Engage Cisco (NOC and HTTS) Support

+ Work on Sniffer/ Infinistream capture

+ Troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, load balancers and proxy appliances

+ Work with vendors on complex vendor escalations and issues

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Network Support experience in NOC Operations or similar environment

+ Understanding of routing & switching concepts (RIP / OSPF / BGP)

+ Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages Resolve large admin/Enterprise issues

+ Extensive hands on experience in all Cisco routers, switches, wireless devices; Cisco, Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, SDWAN

+ Experience on Arista hardware is a plus

+ Excellent customer service skills and communication skills

+ Ansible knowledge is a plus

+ Mandatory - CCNA and (At least one CCNP Level Test Completed, CCNA Specialties, F5, MCSE)
