    The Payroll Tax Specialist works with and reports to the Payroll Manager. The position is responsible for duties related to monitoring, managing and reconciling payroll taxes at the employer and employee level as well as other payroll responsibilities.

    Essential Duties

    1. Maintain strict confidence

    5. Prepare and file weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly payroll tax returns in a timely manner

    6. Prepare and initiate funds for wire transfer

    7. Answer inquiries from various departments within U-Haul and government agencies in a professional and timely manner

    8. Analyze and input correct tax setup for all employees in accordance with local and provincial regulations.

    9. Audit to ensure tax situations are valid prior to preparing returns

    10. Determine accuracy of new tax situation set up for team members

    11. Balance and control payments to accounts

    13. Reconcile W2’s and T4’s

    14. Responsible for payroll tax compliance, including tax research and analysis to maintain compliance for the company

    15. Ensure compliance in federal, state, and local withholding and unemployment tax

    16. Regular wage and tax reconciliation for all payrolls to validate liabilities, charges, and accuracy of wages and taxes reported

    DESCRIPTION:
    Behavior technicians implement center, school, community, and home-based treatment programs for CARD patients and their families using applied behavior analysis (ABA). CARD behavior technicians are an integral part of the therapy team as their work directly contributes to patient and family success. Behavior technicians report to the CARD behavior analysts. In addition to frequent interactions as part of the therapy team, behavior technicians receive individualized mentorship from experienced behavior analysts to ensure the highest quality service. This is an hourly, non-exempt, part-time position.

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    The CARD Behavior Technician will be trained to work with children and teens with exceptional needs and their families/caregivers. Acquire valuable career skills, such as:
    · Understand autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors associated with the diagnosis
    · learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and procedures
    · Implement treatment plans across multiple domains, including language, social, cognitive, executive functions, adaptive, and independent living, as well as pre-employment and vocational skills
    · How to implement ABA programs in the natural environment, such as the home, school, place of employment, and community; and
    · Work with applications, games, and web-based technology via an iPad
