    **In this role, you will:**

    + Partner with Governance and other Cybersecurity teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions.

    + Design, develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Share Point Online to address business needs, streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

    + Leverage superior Jira skills to manage new and existing projects including user permissions and access, design, workflows, and dashboards to provide appropriate workload management and analysis.

    + Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate and communicate change impacts using comprehensive engagement strategies.

    **PAY RANGE**

    The Target Pay Range for this position is $100,900-$123,200 annually. The full Pay Range is $78,400-$145,800 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
