**Overview**

The Project Manager is responsible for New Homes community launch and execution as well as individual project fulfillment from job release to interconnection and service transfer to the homebuyer. This position is the primary contact and safeguard regarding project operations and job flow for the home builders as well as Sunrun sales and field operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare internal stakeholders for builder/community onboarding and lead the cross functional builder/community onboarding process

+ Create and manage builder community launches hand in hand with the Sunrun Builder Account Manager

+ Assess builder process and procedure, analyze viability, and implement new processes amongst internal operations stakeholders as applicable

+ Be subject matter expert for all aspects related to builder/community performance within the assigned communities

+ Provide analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders for program management improvements

+ Manage operations relationship with homebuilder to ensure mutual satisfaction in program performance

+ Obtain individual job releases from the builders and initiate Sunrun execution

+ Gather, process, and produce documentation per agreement with home builder

+ Monitor individual job flow and ensure execution of all jobs within the assigned builder communities; identify and immediately tackle issues preventing proper and timely execution

+ Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platform from lead creation through interconnection under final homebuyer

+ Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner

+ Assist AR and AP in preparation of payment tranches per strategic partner contractual terms

**Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ Minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous project coordination experience

+ Solar and/or production building experience preferred

+ Demonstrated customer service skills

+ Strong verbal and written skills

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and internet use, Oracle experience a plus

**General Responsibilities:**

Manage all aspects of a facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering project to ensure that it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. Responsible for completing the project as per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays. May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project to project team and client. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. + Partner with other departments or offices to secure specialized resources for the project.

+ Coordinates with APR to ensure appropriate oversight is in place and sufficient time allowed for reviews of all critical junctures.

+ Coordinates with accounting for financial management of business intelligence, invoicing and collections

+ Develop understanding and be aware of project-related risk. Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to protect the Company. Be familiar with company risk policies.

+ Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.

+ Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor quality standards and practices. Engage APRs on projects at their onset.

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.

The Development Program Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing the design, pre-construction and construction activities on a given project. The Program Manager will interact on a daily basis with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.

**RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned**

+ Manage multiple projects on a campus(es) and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each

+ Create and communicate updates on development program & project status on a monthly basis suitable for executive level reviews. Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making

+ Work with QTS stakeholders, design, and construction teams to create a master development program for site(s), including a complete campus design solution and capital budget.

**Responsibilities**

The Senior Technical Program Manager, Critical Environment Telemetry is a strategic role for Microsoft’s datacenter critical environment. Microsoft uses Critical Environment telemetry from its cloud infrastructure to drive continuous operational excellence and resource efficiency to. This global thought-leadership function will drive the on-going development and improvement of the technology ecosystem that supports this data pipeline. The technical ecosystem builds on, expands, and improves extensibility of industrial control system telemetry to first- and third-party applications and systems while showcasing Microsoft’s Azure and cybersecurity platforms. This high visibility technical execution role will influence and advance Microsoft’s data center strategy while working collaboratively across teams and divisions to develop infrastructure design and strategy aligned to a common roadmap.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of x-organizational programs and services to federate physical datacenter telemetry with application programming interfaces (APIs) for internal and external services such as power management and utility demand response programs. They will work across teams of architects, hardware and software engineers, data scientists and researchers to deeply understand and continuously improve a sustainable relationship between datacenter, Cloud, customer, and the planet.

**Qualifications**

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or Industrial Controls Systems (ICS), Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Building Automation Systems (BAS), or more general System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years working in Critical Environment products, systems, and technologies (heavy industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems)

+ 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
