    **About the Role:**

    We are seeking a product engineering leader to drive the Access Management Foundations team in the Product Security organization against a large and ambitious roadmap. As Confluent grows and introduces new and exciting features, the Product Security organization is involved from the ground up to see to it that there is a tight security integration and ensure the best customer experience on our streaming data platform. The deeply-experienced team is responsible for not only setting critical directions in how customers are able to utilize different product features at Confluent, but also developing foundational components of our product security story for others to build from.
