**Accident Prevention and Safety**

+ Stores all flammable materials in OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved containment devices.

**Install, Maintain, and Repair Items**

+ Carries all equipment (e.g., keys, phones, pager, tools, radio) to maintain preparedness to carry out work tasks at all times.

+ Responds and attends to guest repair requests.

+ Organizes all painting and maintenance areas properly utilizing the appropriate methods and supplies.

+ Cleans all tools and equipment and return to the shop and secure in the proper area.

+ Cleans, lubricates, protects and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the resort.

+ Identifies, locates, and operates all shut-off valves for equipment.

+ Performs preventive maintenance in a timely manner.

**Maintain Building and Property**

+ Cleans all engineering areas as directed by Engineering Management.

+ Observes energy and utilities usage in the resort and on the grounds.

+ Looks for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.

+ Maintains the preventive maintenance records, inspections, and rounds using a computer management system.

The Systems Engineer II is responsible for both internal and external facing responsibilities. In this position, you will be a part of our managed services team acting as a critical point of contact between iT1 Consulting and the rest of the organization, as well as iT1’s customers, network troubleshooting, system administration, among other duties. You will ensure all assigned tasks are being completed in adherence to iT1 standards.

Requirements

+ Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software-related issues.

+ Research, resolve, and respond to internal and client issues within scope of the NOC team’s responsibilities in a timely manner.

+ Intermediate level of network troubleshooting and configuration (Meraki, Cisco, VPN tunnel creation, etc.)

+ Intermediate level of troubleshooting Windows-based systems, i.e., Windows 10, file servers and Windows Server platforms

+ Intermediate level of troubleshooting in Azure i.e., server, storage, and networking, active directory services

+ Supporting O365 office productivity software i.e., Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

+ Provide internal IT support for sales and operations staff to include basic computer troubleshooting, phone, and email support.

+ Advanced level of active directory management

+ Maintain and develop required diagrams, documentation, and procedures of Internal/Client environments

+ Update and maintain IT asset management records.

+ Be a point of escalation for technical support issues.

Qualifications

+ 5-7 years of network support experience

+ 5-7 years of previous infrastructure support experience

+ 5-7 years of O365 support experience

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology (preferred)

+ Established track record in IT technologies (Linux/Windows Servers, Active Directory, Data Center and Client/Server Application Support)
