    The Project Engineer is responsible for several functions throughout the duration of assigned projects including planning, buyout, management and closeout.     The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing business processes and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation. You will be responsible for all relevant documentation as it pertains to process reengineering during all stages of the process lifecycle. The PE is an effective communicator of change, possesses exceptional organizational skills and is passionate about driving transformation and change.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    + Creation of process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles (SOP’s), etc.,

    + Documentation of business requirements for project and process improvement efforts

    + Reviews data and trends to ensure that process output is in-line with desired results and service levels are maintained

    + Bring inconsistencies and problems to attention and assist in problem resolution

    + Provide high-level analysis on process changes to leadership team

    + Facilitation of workshops with SME’s to gather requirements for process reengineering efforts

    + Leverage data to drive Operations continuous process improvement and coordinate with cross-functional business partners in the design of continuous improvement strategies
