Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for customer interviews; designing, sketching, and developing user flows; and creating CRM collateral. They will also deliver prototypes, conduct user tests, design aesthetically pleasing and engaging interfaces, and create compelling graphics for use in print, digital, social and video marketing initiatives. In addition, the Graphic Designer will have strong UI/UX skills and deliver a science-based approach to marketing by taking into consideration human factors and ergonomics to bring their creations to life by engineering performant, modularized front-end communication frameworks that are easy and streamlined for mortgage industry external and internal clients to understand.

The Graphic Designer assembles images, typography, and motion graphics to create design pieces. They are also responsible for typesetting, illustration, video and photo editing, print design and web design. A core responsibility of the Graphic Designers job is to present information in a way that is both accessible, memorable and easy to understand. This position requires that the incumbent be flexible, detail-oriented, deadline driven and a good collaborator.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Create marketing material using animation, multimedia design and programming, content management, and video and audio editing skills.

+ Create, design, and optimize business processes to streamline the operations and user experience for both internal and external use.

+ Develop brand guidelines, vision, voice and library of graphics that illustrates who we are and what we stand for as a company

+ Formulate all aspects of website including design, customer experience, graphics and optimization for mobile.

+ Construct graphic and animated elements including network graphics and event, educational, and promotional packages that are all applied to film through editing and conceptual focus.

+ Edit, illustrate and work with a range of media including computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe AE, and Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Assist in both online and direct mail design and layout, including vendor fulfillment.

+ Utilize current trends in graphic design to create concept & storyboard art.

+ Design packaging for promotional pieces, training pieces, and awards for internal and external usage.

+ Select, edit, position, and publish photos to accompany the text of a publication including composition of typography, cropping and selecting edits of both print photography and video framing.

+ Document event marketing collateral for the branch marketing library.

+ Deliver image selects at appropriate resolution for media including photo editing, touch-up, and adjustments to be print-ready.

**Required Skills:**

3D Character Artist, Avatars Responsibilities:

1. Support the creation of asset pipelines by advocating for character artists in technical meetings.

2. Build and document templates and best practices that scale to the variety of Avatars supported, with an emphasis on stability and performance

3. Sculpt high-resolution character models in Maya, Blendery, Zbrush, or Mudbox.

4. Create clean, low-resolution game topology, UV’s, and textures.

5. Develop prototypes working as a character artist on a medium to large team.

6. Work within multi-disciplinary design teams to increase the expressiveness, customization, and diversity of avatars.

7. Conceptualize, present and execute ideas within time and technical constraints while actively participating in artistic, creative and technical, problem-solving.

8. General 3D asset content creation including modeling, texturing, materials, and lighting, at both mobile and high-end specs.

9. Iterate and polish assets in engine (Unity) and publish complete assets.

10. Contribute directly to both the conceptual thinking behind and the physical creation of detailed, high-quality products.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. 5+ years professional content development experience in either game or film industries, including shipping one or more titles.

12. Experience communicating in a multi-disciplinary team, including engineers, artists, and designers.

13. Experience with one or more commercial game engines (e.g. Unreal or Unity).

14. Knowledge of 3D modeling, character pipeline, and asset creation packages like Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Marmoset, Photoshop, etc.

15. Demonstrated to locate and resolve content and asset performance bottlenecks through performance profiling and optimization.

A Spotlight Motion Graphics Designer is a primary artist for creating multimedia assets for Spotlight reporting, including illustrations, animations, motion graphics, audio, images, and video. A Motion Graphics Designer should have and will exercise skills in illustration, animation, motion graphics, audio engineering, photo editing, and video editing. + Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service

+ Maintain inventory

+ Manage and prep food safely

+ Ensure top-notch quality in all our food products

+ Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture

+ Ability to complete accurate sales transactions

+ Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food

+ Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies

+ Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed

+ Ability to work as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience in a similar position
