The Associates of Applied Science degree program in Digital Media Arts merges fine art, journalism and technical knowledge required to develop skills necessary in five areas: Graphic Design, Photography, Computer Animation, Video Production, and Marketing. This degree prepares students for entry into professional art schools with a concentration on digital media art, and entry level employment in multi-media marketing, video/ production, and photography.
This new program is vigorous, flexible, and challenging, with a concentration on access to state-of-the-art technology, practical applications, and contemporary trends in the media and journalism industries.

The Digital Media Arts Associate of Applied Science degree merges fine arts and technical knowledge required for entry into a university program or design/production profession with an emphasis in digital media art. Students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare them for entry into professions such as advertising, design studio, videographer, freelance designer, or related fields.
