    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    + 2+ years of project/program management experience

    + 7+ years of clinical experience

    + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree

    The Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator (Sr. CTC) supports the planning and coordination in all aspects of clinical trial operations. This position requires a thorough understanding of clinical trials, including how to support a trial from site feasibility/qualification to site activation. Responsibilities Job Summary The Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Clinical Program Manager (CPM) is responsible for the coordination of the HonorHealth VAD program operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care, based on competency and evidence-based clinical practice and research. The CPM will coordinate the clinical evaluation of potential VAD candidates in the inpatient setting and participate in the clinical management of pre- and post VAD implant patients in collaboration with the clinical team and Advanced Heart Failure Specialist. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or Nursing OR Master of Science in Nursing - Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse Specialist or Advanced Nurse Practitioner Required Experience 2 years Clinical Experience in the assigned specialty area (ICU, Stepdown, VAD etc,) Must demonstrate clinical proficiency in the care of the specialized patient population Required Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse with Valid Arizona Licensure OR Nurse Practitioner with Valid Arizona Licensure with Prescriptive Authority Upon Hire Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ACLS Certification Upon Hire Required Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Licensure DEA License - NP ONLY Upon Hire Required
