Professional position responsible for maintaining the installation schedule. This position will work closely with Arizona & Texas Floor and Décor locations, customers, office staff and installation crews.
Essential Job Functions
Answer phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments and inputs customer data into company systems
Contact customers to schedule and confirm their installation
Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars, databases and scheduling tool
Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Maintain and communicate product specifics to potential customers
Provide information and product and/or service-related materials to customers
Build and maintain a positive business relationship with Arizona & Texas Floor & Decor locations necessary to influence and achieve outstanding business results
Provide the highest level of client service to create positive customer experiences
