Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals

+ Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers

+ Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality

+ Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

+ Complete physical installations and removal of structured cabling components, cabinets, pathway systems (cable tray), move equipment, racks, and related communications infrastructure materials.

+ Perform installation and service of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling, communication equipment and other various low voltage related systems such as Category 5, Enhanced Category 5, Category 6 and Fiber Optic Structured Cable Distribution Systems.

+ Perform upgrades and additions to cabling infrastructure systems in order to increase functionality and usability.

+ Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.

+ Inform operations management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purpose of providing necessary information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or complying with OSHA regulations.

+ Complete required documentation in a variety of written and electronic formats according to company standards such as time reporting for billing & payroll, work order progress & completion, time and materials for client SLAs, etc.

+ Transport a variety of items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at client site."

+ Associate degree or Certification in a technology services/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

**Responsibilities:**

• Working Safely and follow all protocols to remain safe while working in a chemical factory. Understand the basics that are required within the OSHA 30.

• Working closely with Experienced Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Technicians in a semiconductor facility.

• Maintaining System and equipment balance during new installations and the de-installation of old process equipment.

• Troubleshooting issues that come from designs not being able to be met on the air requirements of the process equipment.

• Working as a team and keeping each other accountable and safe. No one should go home in any other condition than equal to or better than when they arrived at work that day.

• Assists in emergencies as needed in the evening and / or weekends when the customer needs it.

**Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be a Sheetmetal workers Union #359 member or be willing to sign up for the apprentice program as a Union #359 member. Membership must be maintained throughout the tenure of work.

We’re looking for an Auto Technician or Auto Mechanic to join our team, and we’re interested in talking to candidates at various experience levels. As an Auto Technician, you’ll perform vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Your attention to detail make you a valuable asset to the team as you ensure repairs are completed on time, and deliver top-notch work to delight our customers. In this role, you’ll interact daily with Customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers. Daily Responsibilities: Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty. Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer. Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles. Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician’s tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as “special tools.” Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Minimum Job Requirements Requires (3-5) years of experience as a manufacturer or used vehicle reconditioning technician. OEM or ASE certifications preferred, not required Solid mechanical skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery Knowledge of the automotive repair life cycle Attention to detail; organization and follow-up skills Your own set of tools Valid in-state driver’s license, and acceptable, safe driving record Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
