As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product being released from our packing area.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Stacking unit loads by UPC throughout the warehouse.

+ Understand and operate all computer-based warehouse transactions correctly.

+ Troubleshoot load integrity and handling issues. Repair damaged unit loads and follow the warehouse sanitation policy.

+ Load or unloading trailers and railcars while being aware of weight, size, UPC, location, and trailer type.

+ Replenish storage locations with unit loads from floor storage and pre-plan case pick to optimize product location, weight, and quantity.

+ Case pick product according to customer specifications, layering guidelines, product location, and product quantity.

+ Hand wrap, label, and pre-stage orders.

The Forklift Driver is a key position out of our Phoenix, Arizona Plant. Working outdoors, our forklift driver moves products in and out of the shop and safely loads delivery trucks. You quickly become the product expert – knowing what things are, how they’re loaded and where they go in inventory.

Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with the yard, production, and office teams, and interact with truck drivers and vendors.

A highlight of your day to day will include:

+ Choose and utilize the proper forklift, based on weight, to load, unload, transport, and stack material in appropriate areas.

+ Operate forklift in production areas in a safe manner, always abiding by the speed limits and safety policies.
