H & R Paving, Inc., started as a very small company doing warehouses, driveways and parking lots and over the years H&R has become a major player in the industry providing asphalt to other companies and going on to major projects like the airports, main highways like the Florida’s Turnpike and many municipality work through out Dade county, Monroe County, and most of all the municipalities in South Florida, so as we will do the same in Phoenix and the entire cities of Arizona from time to time.
