The Customer Service Engineer (Level One) assists the CSE II and CSE III to implement a limited variety of service to the Intelligrated customer at its place of business. The CSE I typically supports other senior CSE’s in field service calls, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, system audits, and various retro-fits. The CSE I will have primary focus on mechanical and electro-mechanical assignments once deemed qualified to make stand-alone service calls. The CSE I will also assist senior CSE’s on PLC and HMI programming assignments, network set up and troubleshooting. The CSE I will work independently on I/O commissioning and moderate logic modifications.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with 2+ years relevant experience.
