Amkor is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Operations Finance to join the team based at its corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This position will support the Business Unit ("BU") with various analysis projects & reporting as well as developing and maintaining various standardized BU Controller reports. This position is an individual contributor role with leadership capabilities. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
• Provide financial support for Amkor's more complex product lines that cross multiple customers and regions.
• Provide financial guidance and prioritization on capital decisions and financing options.
• Financial metric creation and analysis.
• Lead special projects and mentor other team members.
• Perform analysis and make recommendations for major deal structures, pricing proposals, cost reductions and multi-service offerings.
• Interpretation of accounting treatments and financial statement impacts.
• Proactive interaction with product line managers and their direct reports on multifunctional projects.
• Ability to effectively interact with technical semiconductor professionals.
• Use finance knowledge and systems to help the BU maximize performance.
• Manage and provide oversight to financial reporting packages and reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Technical discipline required. MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or finance in a corporate environment.
• Prior experience within and an understanding of high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Multi-national company experience is desired with the ability to work with a diverse population.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills needed with demonstrated experience in root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines, while working in a team environment.
• Expert level with MS Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral communications.
• SAP, Tableau, BPC, Business Intelligence/ Analytics Systems experience is desired.
• Previous experience with capital planning is highly desired.
