Amkor is seeking a high-energy Manager to join our Financial Systems team in our Tempe, AZ Corporate Office. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting the global Finance process improvements projects, system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Position the Finance team to be forward-thinking by constantly evaluating the business environment and how we adapt to internal/external changes.
• Collaborate with global Finance teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and services.
• Evaluate financial processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop business cases for projects/changes.
• Implement best practices and policies and implement and track KPI's to track finance process effectiveness.
• Perform deep-dives and strategic analyses to help further understand operational results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Optimize the use and outputs of existing financial information systems and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's level degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in an accounting, financial analysis or IT capacity.
• Ability to work with and influence Finance team members.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communications skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Proven success in SAP, SAP BPC or similar systems preferred.
• Experience using AI, ML, RPA and dashboarding tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed. This position is anticipated to travel less than 5% domestically and internationally.
• Semiconductor manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Global business environment and large public company experience is preferable.
• An MBA, CPA, CMA or similar advanced degree or certification is a plus.
