As a Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components

+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams

+ Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements

+ Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices

+ Ensure compliance with standards

+ Manage project budgets and timelines

+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering

+ Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects

+ Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices

+ Proficiency in electrical design software and tools

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills

+ Must be able to obtain Security Clearance

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)

+ Strong leadership and project management abilities
