**Position Highlights:**

+ Join an established team of five physicians and two APPs.

+ Enjoy a four-day work week with 36 patient contact hours.

**Qualifications:**

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

**Banner Health total compensation package includes:**

+ Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives

+ $100K educational loan repayment

+ Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
