As a **Lead Customer Experience Specialist with Italian** at Honeywell, in **Bucharest** , you will be responsible for supporting services and projects organization by processing work packages / managing requests in a timely and correct manner. **This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.**

**_Responsibilities for candidates_**

+ Manages a variety of maintenance activities between Honeywell and customers, including updating equipment lists, handling contract changes, cancellations, and re-registrations.

+ Handles reactive quotations (RQB), including creation, re-creation, additions, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Implements changes to existing records based on process requirements, maintaining data integrity.

+ Reviews incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, requesting additional clarifications or missing information to ensure quality.

+ Develops project structures considering different cost allocations, changes, and technical settings aligned with customer requirements.

+ Processes project or order changes, creates field work orders, and manages customer configuration requests such as creating, modifying, and linking configurations.

+ Oversees billing activities, including contract, reactive quotes, and project billing, resolving disputes, and addressing system interface errors to prevent issues.

**_Qualifications for candidates_**

+ At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist

+ Proficiency in Italian as the primary language

+ Proficiency in English as a secondary language

+ Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; a collaborative team player
