**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
+ Prior Product Design or New Product Introduction Experience
+ **At least 5 years of project and development engineering experience focusing on Aircraft wheels and brakes.**
+ **Experience** w **ith Automotive wheel and brake is a plus**
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
+ 7+ years of engineering experience with direct customer interaction or support.
+ Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
+ Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
+ Ability to create and communicate solutions to complex technical challenges

+ Ability to consistently make timely decisions while balancing systematic analysis with decisive decision making, even in the face of complexity
+ Experience with Aerospace product development practices
