Manager, WWSSA Process Engineering - Opportunity for Working Remotely

**Role Summary:**

Within the Worldwide Sales Strategy and Acceleration organization, the Strategic Programs and Processes team is responsible for identify, mapping, managing, and changing global go-to-market processes to support our strategic direction as well as leading key strategic initiatives for WWSSA. Within the SPP team, the Manager, WWSSA Process Engineering is responsible for documenting all WWSSA organizational GTM processes, coordinating with the BPM & RPA team which provides business process mapping and robotic process automation to ensure mapping and automation work is executed in a timely manner. In addition to managing the relationship with that team, you will be responsible for process mapping in areas where the BPM team does not have bandwidth. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the global process owners on process changes required for SaaS transformation. You will be working under the day-to-day direction of the Senior Director, Strategic Programs and Processes.

**Job Role and Responsibilities:**

+ Perform project management activities in conjunction with the BPM/RPA team. Project management activities include:

+ Schedule, run, and deliver meeting notes and action items lists, for standing meetings wherein the WWSSA leaders are kept informed on all BPM/RPA projects

+ Assist in the writing/development of process maps and serve as a strategic advisor to global process owners as processes are refined to support business transformation initiatives

+ Develop and facilitate a standard meeting/messaging cadence

+ Execute business process mapping in areas not covered by the BPM/RPA team

+ Drive the RPA development prioritization for WWSSA

+ Operate with a fair degree of independence, dealing with senior professional staff and managers, while keeping your manager well informed

+ Assist in the creation of reporting for executive management

**Required Skills:**

+ Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

+ Experience with managing complex, cross-functional, and time-sensitive projects

+ Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly interfacing with senior professionals and executives

+ Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, able to calmly operate under time pressure

+ Ability to influence and drive team members to make decisions and deliver as planned

+ High energy and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and meet deadlines

+ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances

+ Ability to develop strong relationships

+ Software Industry Experience
