    In this role you will apply your technical expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many technical and business stakeholders daily.     We are seeking a dedicated Intermediate Level Software Engineer-Java/ Cloud API who will be working with the Content Management Systems Transformation team in USAA’s Chief Tech and Experience Office . This program is building a transformative digital content ecosystem that enables efficient, compliant, personalized experiences and the delivery of effective, cross-channel messaging to members and employees. This role will participate in building and transforming the largest member facing platform getting implemented in the Public Cloud Infrastructure. This individual will work alongside energetic engineers to build this modernized, highly resilient, compliant Digital Content Management Platform. Calling for individuals having the right attitude, aptitude, ownership mindset to learn and grow.

    We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week **.** This position will be based out of San Antonio; TX, Plano; TX or Phoenix; AZ. Relocation assistance **is not** available for this position.

    Within defined guidelines and framework, provides support to the Enterprise through delivering best in class technology solutions. Engaged in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle which include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software, responding to outages.
