    **Job Overview**

    We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of **Director, Program Management** . The Director, Program Management (Oncology) position is a hands-on role with responsibility for significant elements of program strategy and cross-functional execution. This role requires a talented individual with proven expertise in leading global cross-functional teams and driving major initiatives. This individual, in partnership with the Global Program Leads and Program Team members, will drive program strategy and ensure clear and timely communication of program strategy, implementation plans, and progress.

    **Job Duties and Responsibilities**

    Support the Global Program Leads in the following:

    + Lead cross-functional program team(s) to develop strategic plans for compounds integrating development, commercial, technical, and financial considerations.

    + Drive program team decision-making and management of early-stage compounds to better understand the science and establish clinical development plans.

    + Apply oncology drug development knowledge and experience to ensure that product candidates are managed in the efficient and rigorous manner as reflected in the design and conduct of studies with a high degree of technical, regulatory, and commercial success.

    + Ability to translate cross-functional program issues into functional implications.

    + Be responsible for issue identification and development of an action plan for resolution. Escalation to functional leadership and/or R&D Leadership, when needed.

    + Drive effective and impactful communication related to program strategy to ensure active management of issues/risks/decisions/opportunities related to all internal and external activities.

    The base salary range for this role is $177,700 to $222,100. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

    THE ROLE

    The VP of Commercial Partnerships Development will have a primary focus on Desert Diamond Arena and Westgate Entertainment District, taking the lead in driving revenue growth and enhancing market positioning through strategic partnership and media initiatives. This leadership role requires a visionary thinker who can identify, develop, and manage partnerships that align with the business objectives of Desert Diamond Arena and Westgate Entertainment District. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial partnership development, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to maximize opportunities for this key venue.

    ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    + Oversee partnership and media revenue generation efforts for Desert Diamond Arena and Westgate Entertainment District.

    + Manage and mentor a team of partnership professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, with a specific focus on achieving success at Desert Diamond Arena and Westgate Entertainment District.

    + Lead and support two key local team members responsible for prospecting, securing partnerships, developing media plans, creating proposals, executing campaigns, and managing client relationships across both properties.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders, prioritizing venue ownership and management at Desert Diamond Arena, ensuring mutual success and alignment on strategic goals.

    + Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure partnership initiatives at Desert Diamond Arena align with overall business goals and drive revenue growth for the venue.

    + Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities that can be leveraged for Desert Diamond Arena.

    + Lead the integration of partnership initiatives for Desert Diamond Arena into the overall business strategy, ensuring seamless execution and effective performance tracking.

    + Present partnership opportunities, strategies, and performance metrics to leadership with a focus on Desert Diamond Arena’s unique value propositions.

    + Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Westgate Entertainment District ownership, ensuring alignment on partnership objectives and operational priorities related to this key property.

    + Work with Sales Teams to respond to RFPs for Westgate Entertainment District’s media buys and be able to provide first party data as needed.

    + Create and maintain ongoing business relationships with all clients and ad agencies.

    + Assist in the post-sale process by obtaining all assets, resolve client needs and create post sponsorship reports as needed.

    + Support the Sales Team in getting contracts created once a new sponsorship deal is fully agreed upon.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for supporting all clients at Westgate Entertainment District, ensuring fulfillment of contracted services.

    + Coordinate on-site activation with the clients, Westgate, and the ASM Global Sales Team.

    + Collect all COI’s and required paperwork from sponsors for activations at Westgate Entertainment District.

    + Work with ANC on digital boards schedules on a daily basis and make sure the boards are scheduled correctly.

    + Coordinate maintenance and any other needs pertaining to the digital boards in Westgate with ANC.

    + Work with signage vendors on production and installation of all static sponsorship signage in Westgate Entertainment District.

    + Be the liaison between the Finance Department and the Sales Team on all accounting questions and needs to ensure payment in a timely manner.

    + Work closely with the Marketing Team at Westgate on sponsorship contracts and needs.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
