Job Description:
As a Sr. Production Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality and ensuring process integrity throughout the production cycle. + Analyze and resolve quality discrepancies related to assembly, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions using statistical methods, Lean manufacturing principles, and problem-solving techniques.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, vendors, and government/customer representatives to ensure requirements are met and recommend necessary corrective actions or process modifications.
