The **Project Manager** supports School Assessment in the successful delivery and fulfillment of assigned program(s). + Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan and schedule to meet customer deliverables.

+ Prepare and present internal and external reports on program status, risks, and other program related issues.

Customer Relationship Management

+ Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal teams and external customers.

+ Provide outstanding customer service. Be responsive and timely in responding to questions, concerns, and requests.

+ Within the specific assigned functional role, serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.

+ Interpret and meet customer expectations and requirements to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Business Development

+ Support the Program Manager with project and program level new business initiatives including managing and writing statements of work and change requests as needed.

Financial Management

+ Support Program Manager with financial reviews and documentation necessary to ensure that contract is maintained within budget and margin expectations.

+ Identify process improvement initiatives to reduce cost while maintaining quality.

The Project Manager is responsible for procuring design and construction services, managing design and construction, budget and schedule for capital projects. This individual will lead communication across various divisions, oversee consultants and contractors, coordinate design reviews, oversee the construction change process, coordinate assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

+ Responsible for leading, managing and coordinating projects with FAA Grants.

+ Overall responsibility for establishing scope, budget and schedule for capital projects and assuring that these elements are monitored and maintained throughout the project.

The Senior Project Manager of Design is responsible for the standards, procurement and design of data center facilities in North America.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for managing the design of data center projects within North America with a combined valued between $50-70 million a year.

+ Direct third party architectural and engineering teams in the design of data center projects in accordance with Iron Mountain standards.

+ Interface with internal finance, sales, and operations teams to validate data center fit-out and build programs.

+ Work with outside parties such as developers, consultants, equipment manufacturers, construction managers, and third party project management firms in order to deliver projects

+ Assist in evaluation of potential data center acquisitions. Interface with outside consultants and Iron Mountain departments in evaluating opportunities

+ Provide design and engineering oversight to include budget, schedule and overall product delivery on assigned critical infrastructure activities and projects.

+ Support sales engineering team in evaluating options necessary to support pursuit of business opportunities.

+ Support procurement of long lead, owner furnished equipment for data center projects.

+ Provide professional assistance as requested in support of global projects.

**Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:**

+ Education/Experience: 4 year college degree required, 7 - 10 years required, 10 + years preferred.

+ In-depth knowledge of complex electrical, mechanical, life safety and control systems associated with critical facilities or data centers.
