**Warehouse Maintenance Technician**

The Warehouse Maintenance Technician will perform various daily duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to ensure proper warehouse cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld. The Warehouse Maintenance Technician, while working safely, will be responsible for all functions as it pertains to warehouse maintenance, including but not limited to, operating an industrial scrubber, power washing, sanitation, general housekeeping duties, and minor equipment repairs.

Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems for APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) gas turbine engines within Honeywell Aerospace. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced engineers with product development and systems integration of Aerospace products such as sensors, effectors, and control system components used on safety critical systems including, but not limited to, gas turbine engines. This would include electrical, electromechanical, fuel, hydraulic, and/or actuation systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

· Design & Integration

o Responsible for approved source list drawings, or build-to-print drawings – ensure supplier drawings and/or parts are compliant with Honeywell drawing and governing requirements

o Responsible for integration of LRU design into larger system and application – must know the function of the part as well as its contribution to larger engine functions

o Responsible for participating in planning & scheduling, integrating supplier schedule into program schedule, and establishing LRU program milestones

We have an immediate need for a Lead Engineering Technician on our Test Services Energies Team- Shift 3 to support our compressed air, vacuum system, and fuel delivery system for turbine engine testing. The systems include large machinery such as centrifugal compressors, refrigerant air dryers, desiccant air dryers, cooling towers, pneumatic and water valves, natural gas heaters, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), electric motors, pumps, and various instrumentation.

Work hours are from 9:30 PM until 5:30 AM (shift 3).

**About the Role**

In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility.You will repair,maintain, and continuously improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

**What** **You’ll** **Do**

+ Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.

+ Install,maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

+ Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.

+ Track and store department inventory.

+ Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.

+ Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

**What** **You’ll** **Need**

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

+ 1 year of related experience and/or training.

+ Proficiencyusing computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

+ Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools

+ Physical requirementsincludingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field.

+ 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical,hydraulicand pneumatic systems.
