**Position Responsibilities**

+ Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements

+ Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.

+ Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.

+ Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.

+ Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.

+ Assists in performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

+ Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):**

+ 1+ year experience in Supply Chain Management

+ Ability to travel 10% of the time

+ 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite

+ 2+ years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles

Amazon's Global Logistics team is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to develop and optimize our international network design solutions. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives for the Global Logistics Inbound division, focusing on enhancing our worldwide customer experience. Working at the intersection of data analytics and strategic planning, you will drive innovations in network modeling, operational processes, and supply chain optimization.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazon's various business units.

The Sales & Operation Planning Automation & Analytics (A&A) team is looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within Amazon's Supply Chain. This roles requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, resolving conflicts, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and changes.

The primary role of Supply Chain Manager is to address business challenges through building a compelling case, influencing across the organization, and delivering with tenacity. Supply Chain Managers are given responsibility on their first day to own those business challenges and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions.

This strategic role will focus on reducing costs across approximately 50% ($1.35B) of Amazon's Domestic First Mile (DFM) transportation spend through innovative supply chain solutions.

The Capacity Planning Supply Chain Manager is responsible for collecting critical business inputs from downstream partners on On the Road (OTR) and Under the Roof (UTR) capacities to deliver an end-to-end 17-week volume plan. This role will be responsible for maximizing station outputs, ensuring strict planning accuracy, and balancing upstream volume attainment and share of all Amazon parcels in the service area. They will be responsible for multiple regions and sites across North America and will interface with multi-level leadership to drive planning success and triage sites which are underperforming. They will closely work with North America Transportation and Supply Chain stakeholders to balance volume across their territories and work to identify and solve volume flow issues related to capacity, middle mile connections, and configuration errors.
