Responsibilities Job Summary The Teacher is responsible for assisting the other teaching staff or may be in charge of the care, supervision, health and safety of children in one specific age group or multi-age groupings. Participates in the assessment of children and the development of age-appropriate activities Cooperates with the other teaching staff in providing input for planning and implementing a curriculum that meets the criteria of National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (NAEYC) as demonstrated by observation and documentation. Plans and maintains schedules and routines. Participates in the daily observation and evaluation of children as demonstrated by documentation.
