    Senior ERP Analyst will provide technical expertise in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using Oracle Applications, integrations, software tools and applications. The position supports the business by solving issues they encounter in the applications and processes they work with. In addition, candidates will utilize his/her applications knowledge to analyze how to help the business by making better use of existing/additional application functionalities.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Works with other analysts and business units to develop and manage processes for continued advancement of the company's use of the Oracle EBS applications and establish best practices within the user community.

    · Work as a functional analyst to design IT solutions in Oracle EBS for the different business users with requirements on deployment, projects, and rapid development requests.

    · Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business system and user needs.

    · Good at trouble shooting with quick turnaround in fixing the issues.

    · Recommends, develops, and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements.

    · Stays abreast of application technology issues and trends. Recommends technology advancement opportunities that would position the IT department to anticipate and meet the ongoing needs of the business community.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    · Bachelor’s Degree

    · 6+ years of Oracle EBS Application development experience focusing on few of the following areas: Finance, Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain; Logistics; Trade Compliance; Planning; Sourcing; Manufacturing; After Market Services or Order to Cash

    · 6+ years of experience in Oracle RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Conversions, Forms, workflow, XML Publisher reports)

    · Understanding of OAF and Oracle Apex development.

    · Committed Team player with interest and zeal to learn new skills and technologies

    · Attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills

    · Excellent communication skills
