Purpose: Create erection drawings that visually depict EFCO’s forms for use in sales, manufacturing, and erection. Support district and corporate objectives through high-quality design work while developing a foundational understanding of equipment, engineering practices, and drafting tools. Essential Functions
Erection Drawings (70%):
Create basic erection drawings for custom and standard projects under the guidance of senior team members. Ensure drawings meet EFCO’s QUALITY standards by following processes, collaborating with engineers and validating design details. Drawings should convey the correct information and be error free. Apply Technical Skills to produce clear, accurate visuals for use in sales and construction.
Equipment Support (20%):
Assist with equipment list entry and adjustments for projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications. Use Organizational Awareness to prioritize tasks and support district needs while maintaining EFCO’s SUPER SERVICE standards.
Learning and Development (10%):
Actively participate in training programs to build knowledge of EFCO products, equipment, drafting tools, and industry practices. Consistently work toward mastering CAD software and developing advanced skills under the mentorship of experienced team members. Leverage Creativity to solve design challenges and contribute to EFCO’s INNOVATION initiatives.

+ As an Engineering Subject Matter Expert in Signature Management & Technology, you will serve as a strategic leader who will define where a program or product line is heading or needs to go, while considering the technical and programmatic aspects of how to get there.

+ Strong advocate for technical integrity of Signature Management & Technology disciplines such as signal processing, computational electromagnetics, testing, and materials across multiple programs and product lines.

+ Technical lead in a team environment on multiple projects, providing independently determined solutions to create high fidelity simulations and models for missile system design, performance assessment, flight test support, trade studies and analysis.
+ Provides mentorship and shoulder-to-shoulder empirical experience for engineers.
+ Works independently or through leadership of teams to solve the hardest signature management challenges.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior Low Observables or Signature Management or Computation Electromagnetic Codes, Stealth or Survivability engineering technology experience. OR an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 9 years’ experience.
+ Experience with Infrared signature analysis and/or control
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Working knowledge of computational electromagnetic codes to include full wave codes, as well as asymptotic techniques using industry standard tools such as XPATCH, CARLOS, SENTRi, etc.
+ Infrared (IR) signature analysis and reduction experience including IR CEM tools
+ Strong interpersonal communication and effective personal interaction and collaboration with engineering team and customers
+ Master’s degree in physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

The **Data Center Interior Design Project Manager** is primarily responsible for leading and managing consistent implementation of QTS Corporate Interior Standards across multiple projects. The Data Center Interior Design PM will interact on a daily basis with Furniture Dealers, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, specialty vendors, QTS Development, and QTS Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Manage concurrent multi-phased interior and exterior start-up and upgrade projects (e.g. office) on several campuses to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards in a predictable fashion
+ Collaborate with QTS stakeholders, design, construction, and FF&E consultants and vendors to implement the standardized corporate interiors program for new greenfield data center developments and renovations of existing facilities

+ Support on-site activities, such as pre-installation verification, architectural punch walks, FF&E install activities, and post-installation FF&E punch walks; track punch issues for timely closeout
+ Continuously maintain and improve interior standards documents & materials library, including finishes, furniture, audio/visual, and artwork to provide predictable deliveries in a dynamic environment
+ Create and communicate updates on interior design and construction status on a regular basis suitable for executive-level reviews; effectively present renderings, floor plans, schedule, cost, and quality data in a manner supporting efficient decision-making
+ Ensure appropriate interior and architectural submittals are coordinated with vendors and internal stakeholders
+ Support entitlement and permitting needs for exterior facades, signage, etc.
+ Review and approve monthly invoices and pay applications
+ Review change order requests from vendors and contractors and negotiate pricing, coordinating with Development PMs; collaborate with Development Capital team to source appropriate funding
+ Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to aid in custom deal solutions for prospective clients’ large office design and construction

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
