    **What You’ll Do**

    As a Services Product Manager Intern for the Support and Services Product Manager team, you will assist with automating report analysis and creation, create support process documentation, build form templates and automation. You will learn lean data analysis and Software and Hardware lifecycle management. You are required to have both strong technical and interpersonal skills.

    + Build forms and workflows in SharePoint for multiple level approval processes.

    + Automate pareto charts from data analysis.

    + Create standard templates and checklists in AHA, confluence and SharePoint.

    + Build Reports from JIRA projects with cross reference to customer cases.

    **What Makes You a Qualified Candidate**

    + Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in computer science or an electronics technology discipline

    + Knowledge of SharePoint

    + Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

    + Knowledge of AHA

    + Knowledge of creating macros and charting in Excel
