    + Oversee, manage and direct all aspects of the company’s accounting systems and processes.

    + Direct and manage the month-end close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely revenue close and monitor compliance with the company’s accounting policies.

    + Act as a liaison with external audit teams and assist in the preparation of various technical accounting and related disclosures.
