**POSITION SUMMARY**

This position provides oversight of the Point of Care Testing (POCT) Program at Banner Hospital(s) or Banner Medical Group/Banner University Medical Group Clinics, Health Centers, and Institutes. Provides advanced practical and theoretical skills as required to oversee and guide all aspects of POCT. Serves as a consultant/trainer to clinical areas performing POCT. Demonstrates and understands lab processes and monitors through quality measures. Ensures programs are consistent with regulatory and accreditation agency requirements.

**CORE FUNCTIONS**

1. Demonstrates an understanding of POCT processes performed throughout the facilities while working in collaboration with providers and clinical staff. Responsible for workflow oversight of POCT that aligns with POCT policies and procedures while integrating comprehensive technical knowledge and clinical relevance into the daily activities. Responsible for complex problem resolution of technical, computer, interdepartmental and quality issues.

2. Prepares and provides information/updates/reports and pertinent quality assurance information to facility, laboratory and POCT leadership regarding POCT testing status. Reviews all POCT data as required and takes necessary action as outlined in the POCT Policies and Technical Procedures. Assists with the implementation of new QC/QA policies and continuous quality improvement programs in accordance with system POCT initiatives.

3. Develops and maintains good working relationships with clinical staff through collaboration and mentoring. Prepares and monitors POCT employee orientation, training, education, and competency needed to meet regulatory requirements. Works closely with clinical staff emphasizing teamwork while focusing on customer service and superior patient care.

4. Involved in system initiatives and multidisciplinary teams to support standardization. In conjunction with the site Medical Director, System Medical Director and POCT Leadership, identifies the type and location of POCT within the facility. Facilitates implementation of new POCT equipment and tests as approved and in accordance with POCT policies. Acquires the skills necessary to utilize new tools and technology in the rapidly changing POCT environment while supporting standardization.

5. Serves as a communication liaison for on-site and system issues. Provides access to other system resources when relevant. Demonstrates appropriate verbal and written skills, preceptor and coaching skills and promotes a constructive environment that encourages learning and development.

6. May be expected to provide oversight and support for POCT operations at multiple facilities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Supervised responsibilities may include:

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion (with a cumulative GPA of a 2.0 or higher based on a 4.0 scale) OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment.

• Previous experience and/or course work in which you have successfully interpreted schematic diagrams and performed troubleshooting and planned maintenance on basic diagnostic imaging or

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years related experience in a service center claims processing or managed care operational role.

- 1 year recent and related system processing, payment, and benefits experience, preferably IDX managed care.

- Broad knowledge of medical terminology, claims, customary and reasonable cost containment, coordination of benefits, diagnosis coding, and general customer services sources.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. DHI Communities is currently looking for a*_Sr. Service Technician-PM_*. The right candidate willmaintain our Build-To-Rent communities and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Facilitate all customer warranty requests, whether by making the actual repairs or scheduling subcontractors to make repairs. The Sr. Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the community including community inspections, repairs, general maintenance and turn process, as well as proactively resolving customer issues prior to and after the move-in of the resident(s).

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Evaluate resident repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items
* Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep of the community by diagnosing the source or cause of a defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements
* Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, and obtaining supplies and materials
* Perform necessary repairs to homes such as (but not limited to) carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
* Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty and make ready/turn repairs
* Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations
* Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner and satisfaction of work is met. Solicit online reviews to increase profit of company
* Process charge-back documentation and invoices
* Maintain an essential and necessary inventory of parts and supplies needed to perform customary work
* Register and track warranty status for all applicable items
* Complete construction walks on ready homes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, using checklists to document items to rectify and sign-off on acceptance as management representative
* Field emergency service calls when on call during nights and weekends
* Manage the move-out turn process. Including the physical move-out and exchange of keys, identifying repairs, turn cost estimates, and vendor selection
* Conduct move in and out orientation process including condition of home and arranges for any work to be done as identified during move in inspection
* Maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities. Some examples include picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
* Effectively communicate with various support teams to ensure quality documentation, reporting and community performance
* Ability to work overtime and be on-call for emergency services after hours

*Required Qualifications*

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Three or more years related experience, including carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
* Must have a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, valid driver’s license, personal supply of general tools, and be willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime
* Ability to work independently and be productive without supervision
* Ability to utilize DHI Residential warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DHI Residential warranty applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, color vision and peripheral vision
* Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Prior experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Tech in Residential/Property Management preferred
* Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC repair work preferred
* Community onboarding and disposition experience is a plus
