    + 6 years of data & analytics experience or a minimum of 4 years of data & analytics experience and up to 2 years of progressive functional business proven experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, Marketing etc.) for a total of 6 years combined experience

    Information Security Analyst Associate

    HOW AN INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    As an Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing user accounts and controlling physical access to classified and unclassified network devices, communication systems for GEEC-C and DoD customers. As part of the Access Management Team, this position will provide friendly telephone, online, and in-person customer support to resolve service requests and issues related to physical security and system access management in a DoD environment. The Access Management team is highly visible and requires constant coordination with internal teams along with direct interaction with customers, IT staff, DA civilians and Military officials. This role requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to work early and late hours. A professional attitude and strong work ethic are a must; along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently or as part of a team effort.

    **Primary Duties:**

    + Monitor incidents and service requests using Service Now and provide the requested support within established Service Level Targets (SLT).

    + Processing of System Access Authorization Requests (SAAR) DD2875s.

    + Verify Defense Information System for Security (DISS) status of personnel requiring access to the GEEC-C AoR.

    + Take appropriate action as necessary to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures.

    + Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives.

    + Coordinate with external organizations such as 7th Signal Command (Theater), Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request.

    + Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the GEEC-C and Access Management Team.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    ● Education: High School +4 years experience; or AA/AS +2 years experience; or BA/BS +0 years: No certifications required

    ● Required Experience: Customer Service

    ● Required Technical Skills: Service Now ticketing system preferred

    The likely salary range for this position is $52,603 - $60,495. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
