    Jacobs is looking for talented individuals to join our team at Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate (IEWTD),

    Operational Test Command (OTC) in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

    The primary focus of this task order is to provide the customer with test services in accordance with USSOCOM Directives. The work includes operational test and evaluation, capabilities assessments, limited user assessments, and test and evaluation advisement.

    Performs analytical work in support of testing and evaluation of various intelligence, surveillance, communications, and tracking systems. Interprets and implements customer provided concepts of operation (CONOPS), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Security Classification Guides (SCG). The Electronics Technician Maintenance I apply basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, in selecting tools, testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. This technician works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician. An Electronics Technician Maintenance I follow and applies common Test and Evaluation (T&E) processes that identify requirements, verify user needs, develop evaluation approach, collect data, analyze data, and report on findings. Analyzes and evaluates system Suitability, Effectiveness, and Survivability. Must be able to review, analyze, and interpret data that is unique to each System Under Test (SUT) technical report writing, and effective communications with the customer base.

    Relies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute the operational assessment and collect data. Inspects, tests, and measures data that is produced or consumed. Must be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss results. Records all initial findings and documents final test results in a designated Operational Test Report. Accounts for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifies customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems.

    **Required Education, Training, and Experience:**

    High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

    **CTLC Requirements:**

    **Physical Requirements**

    Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.

    **Work Environment**

    Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.     + Performs repairs in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules and OSHA. (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements.
