    This is an exciting time to join our Tempe, Arizona location as we expand our assembly operations to this facility. As an Assembly Teammate, you will be an important member of our manufacturing team.

    You will be responsible for building high quality temperature sensors for primarily Semiconductor applications. When working you will be required to have a safety first mentality as well as be able to consistently follow established processes, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Teammates in manufacturing work in a clean, comfortable environment that promotes positive working relationships, learning, and continuous improvement.

    This position requires regularly use mathematical aptitude, mechanical ability, and read basic blueprints and the ability to work efficiently to meet customer requirements. Teammates will perform various job skills and must be flexible in learning new skills, working on different products, and work with other teammates. Teammates must have manual dexterity to work with small parts and lift up to 40 pounds. Teammates will also have a no excuses attitude and have a passion for delighting our customers shown by through dedication and commitment on achieving performance expectations.

    Job Purpose

    The Field Service Technicians are the frontline service leaders to all A-Gas Rapid Recovery customers in a geographic territory. This individual is responsible for job site service, preventative maintenance of equipment, refrigerant cylinder consolidation, and customer interaction. Projects range in size from single residential split systems to chilling systems operating on tens of thousands of pounds, to projects with thousands of units.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Travel to assigned work sites daily to provide reclamation and recovery services of refrigerant and other specialty gas as required

    + Provide exceptional service and customer support to all customers

    + Find additional opportunities for service, gas buy-back, and refrigerant spot buy sales that help to meet or exceed territory targets

    + Submit daily work orders and weekly expense reporting timely

    + Provide proper c are for your assigned vehicle by keeping it clean, in presentable condition, and maintained according to the vehicle manual

    WAREHOUSE ASSEMBLER

    **RANDSTAD IS HIRING FOR CORNING GLENDALE**

    The year is not over yet to find the job that you are looking for.

    We are recruiting for an Assembler to perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly for CORNING located in Glendale, Az.

    This is a great opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience in a manufacturing environment. No experience is needed.

    After 6 months the top performers will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position where you will be offered a higher pay and an excellent plan of benefits.

    **Shifts available: PAY RATE INCREASES AFTER 90 DAYS**

    1st: M-F from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. (Sat OT) pay rate $12.75/hour

    2nd shift M-F from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. (Sat OT) pay rate $14.03/hour.

    **Responsibilities**

    In this role you will be working in a climate controlled warehouse, sitting down your entire shift and looking through the microscope to assemble tiny parts. At the end of your shift you will be responsible for accurately recording production progress.

    + The Aerospace Component Fabricator will need to be able to grow into performing a variety of operations including welding, assembly, and inspection of sheet metal aerospace components while working in a fast pace environment. All skills are not required initially but will need to show aptitude in a minimum of one skill set and the capability to grow into the other skill sets.

    Qualifications

    + Functions and Responsibilities

    + Completes moderate to advanced fitting and welding tasks while applying standard practices.

    + Successfully completes the Exotic Metals TIG weld training program or has equivalent experience.

    + Capable of obtaining and holding required Exotic Metals weld qualifications/certifications.

    + Performs drilling, reaming, countersinking, and riveting, to assemble a variety of sheet metal sub-assemblies that meet required tolerances and standards.

    + Uses hand and power tools, to scribe, grind, deburr, size, and fit a variety of sheet metal detail parts, sub-assemblies or complete units. Adjusts alignment and mating pieces to required tolerances.

    + Performs spot-welding, seam-welding, poke tacking and braze preparation.

    + Performs repairs such as weld defects, assembly anomalies, dents and scratches.

    + Able to operate manufacturing machinery associated with typical aerospace processes.

    + Checks required dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gages and other inspection tools or fixtures.

    + Ensures dimensions and finishes meet required tolerances and standards against sketches, blueprints, manufacturing planning and specifications.

    + Able to gain and keep certifications and stamps as Quality Assurance Inspector up to date.

    + Interprets and follows written instructions, sketches, weld schedules, drawings and documents.

    + Accurately documents inspection findings.

    + May train others on prior job experience.

    + Works under limited oversight.

    + Meets or exceeds operations standards for efficiency.

    + Knows when to stop and find appropriate interpretation when necessary.

    + Maintains thorough understanding of how to produce quality parts.

    + Must be able to use mathematics relevant to functions.

    + Performs all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures.

    + Regularly evaluates his/her own area, processes, part quality and standards for continuous improvement.
