POSITION SUMMARY:
The 10 Wheel Dump Truck Driver safety drives a dump truck and dovetail trailer to and from job sites and is responsible for dumping material, loading, securing and unloading equipment in a safe manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Prior truck driving experience required
Prior loading, unloading and hauling various aggregates is preferred
Ability to operate Skid Steer, Backhoe and/or Skip Loader to Load and Haul Concrete Removals
Prepare and maintain accurate records relating to all Federal and State CDL requirements
Must be able to possess and maintain a valid CDL Class A driver’s license
Excellent communication abilities
Follow all company safety policies and practices
Perform other related duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep construction shop, yard and lube truck organized and clean
Prior experience performing routine services on CAT and JOHN DEERE is preferred including maintenance of diesel and gas engines, transmissions, and hydraulics on heavy grading and paving equipment
Must furnish all basic tools for job
Follow all company safety policies and practices
Track daily fuel and oil usage and maintain a comprehensive fuel & lube schedule
Maintain daily logs in a legitimate, timely and organized fashion
Ensure sufficient inventory of all filters as directed by Equipment Manager
Track equipment hours in field
Support equipment division
Work with on-site supervision to support all job/ project needs for fuel, oils, supplies and minor maintenance of the equipment fleet as needed
Organize daily routine and maximize time and delivery methods
Track fuel and oil inventory and report weekly
Assist mechanics on equipment maintenance, repair as needed
Assist with the loading and unload trailers in the shop yard as required
Assist in the Yard and help maintain the overall needs of the shop
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school education or up to two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year of field service lube technician experience preferred
This is a Safety Sensitive position.
$25 - $32/hr depending on experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Commercial Driver's License with a Hazmat endorsement required. Minimum Class B License.

**CDL Route Delivery Driver - Phoenix, AZ**
**Pay: Earning potential $60K ($28.00 per hour + paid overtime for the training period)**
**Shift: Monday through Friday (some Saturdays as needed)**
Responsibilities
+ Safely operate a commercial vehicle and diligently perform all duties in a safe manner, including vehicle inspections.
+ Efficiently manage customer base within established route with an average of 50+ stops per day.
+ Use application based handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
+ Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
+ Complete service calls and resolving customer issues to help develop relationships with our customers.
+ Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.
