**Overview:**

Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Delivery Driver to support the greater Phoenix, AZ. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time (Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 4 PM with occasional overtime) opportunity delivering equipment.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle

+ Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

+ Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations

+ Provide excellent customer service

+ Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment

+ Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines

+ Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed

**What You Need to Succeed:**

+ Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record

+ One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16’ – 26’ box delivery truck preferred but not required – we provide the training!

+ Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs., push, pull, or roll copiers on flat ground and inclines.

+ Basic mechanical understanding preferred

+ Ability to use smartphones and tablets, GPS for navigation, Google Maps when necessary.

+ Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet

+ Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

**How We Set You Up for Success:**

+ Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the delivery driver role and responsibilities

+ Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you to make deliveries and perform installations independently

+ Ongoing career development training

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.

+ Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.

+ Ensure that products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.

+ Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.

+ Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.

+ Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.

+ Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring that all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.

+ Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.

**YOUR TRACK RECORD**

+ Ability to safety operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries

+ Have a valid driver's license and current DOT medical card

+ Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background

+ Have knowledge of current DOT requirements

+ At least 21 years of age

+ CDL not required

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.

+ Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.

+ Ensure that products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.

+ Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.

+ Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.

+ Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.

+ Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring that all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.

+ Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.

**YOUR TRACK RECORD**

+ Ability to safety operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries

+ Have a valid driver's license and current DOT medical card

+ Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background

+ Have knowledge of current DOT requirements

+ At least 21 years of age

+ CDL not required
