For welders/fabricators who are hired to the shop: Applicants will fill out an application, take a written fabrication test, and then sit for a basic welding test with shop foreman. (Combination welders hay have to demonstrate MIG and TIG skills). For field service team: Applicant will fill out an application and interview with Field Service Manager. They do not have to sit for weld test.
