Our community involvement isn't the largest, but we do try to give back when possible. We annually donate to local causes that align with our business interests. We also have a equal opportunity hiring process, encouraging people from all walks of life to apply.

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work with the company to help not only initiate growth for themselves, but also for the company. They are self sufficient, willing to learn, and have strong work ethics. For our current position, we would prefer manufacturing experience, as well as leadership experience.

Our hiring process is quite simple. If we feel like a candidate is a good fit for our position, the hiring manager will reach out to set up an interview. Once the interview is complete, the manager will talk it over with the rest of the management team. We then reach back out usually same day, or next day with our final decision. On boarding will happen on the first day, as will training.
