**REQUIREMENTS**

To succeed, you will need:

+ To be currently enrolled in a graduate program in epidemiology (Master of Public Health or PhD program)

+ Strong research background with experience conducting literature reviews.

+ Working knowledge of quantitative epidemiological and scientific analysis.

+ Organized and meticulous along with ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments.

+ Solid scientific writing, presentation, and communication skills with ability to synthesize data across multiple sources and make recommendations towards the most robust data to apply

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

This position is remote based and requires significant periods of time using a computer.

**Responsibilities**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an Oncology Epi Intern, you will:

+ Contribute to the updates of the Patient Metrics module within the CancerMPact data offer, which covers up to 34 different tumor types across multiple geographies (US, 5EU, Japan, China and several additional countries).

+ Conduct literature reviews in support of the data inputs required in the epidemiology patient flow calculations. This will include evaluating incidence, survival, staging, recurrence rates, and treatment.

+ Be involved in team discussions about custom project work and client inquiries on Patient Metrics.

US: Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to $110,240 per annum.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
