A leader in technology-enabled legal services has a need for attorneys (licensed OR unlicensed) for a long term assignment supporting class action matters. This is a temporary role expected to be 1 year in duration, with the potential for an extension or to convert to a permanent employee. Weekly pay and Benefits available after 30 days. Standard business hours with flexibility. Work is 100% REMOTE but candidates must be within 50 miles of Portland or Phoenix. This role requires a JD or LLM. Responsibilities

This role plays an integral part of the review team for specific casework that includes but is not limited to reviewing documents and handling claimant correspondence. You will use detailed analysis to review legal documents, as trained by the project team, communicate important information to the project team, and manage email correspondence from the public.

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients across a variety of communication methods, including phone, email, and written correspondence.

• Adhere to standard protocols, procedures, and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors, as well as implementing feedback as required

• Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with a variety of business partners

• Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to ensure the work they are doing is furthering the goals of the project

• Assist the supervisor or PM in resolving any issues that might arise Monitor the overall health of the case by identifying any errors and creating solutions for resolution
