Eaton’s Assemblies & Residential Solutions business is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst. This role can be located out of one of our following facilities: Smyrna GA, Parma OH, Charlotte NC, Fontana CA, Glendale Heights IL, Hanover MD, Morrisville NC, Fenton MO, Chandler AZ, Grapevine TX, La Vergne TN, or Aurora CO .

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

The Supply Chain Analyst will work as part of the satellites’ centralized supply chain leadership team, will manage supply chain related Material Management, Material cost out related to renegotiation and indirect spending (Ariba), Supplier management, data extraction, MRP maintenance (Mapics/AS400), purchase to pay cycle improvement with the focus on improving supply chain strategy and processes supporting the business unit in this area of Supply Chain.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Support supplier process improvement/optimization projects including best practice sharing and implementation

+ Responsible for external supplier management for critical tactical interruptions, and quality issues

+ Review & process price inquiries through the SPIR process and route high value SPIRs to the Supply Chain Manager.

+ Manage monthly/periodic price updates, in Mapics Item Revisions, for commodity driven suppliers

+ Support MAPICS and overall Business ERP/MRP systems

+ Identify, manage, and share cost savings (direct and indirect material)

+ Coordinate with local, division and sector Supply Chain organizations (CDCA, PDOA, SCOE, ES-A) regarding vendor management and other Supply Chain initiatives

+ Work with suppliers, external and internal, to address any substandard supplier quality

+ Item Master and Vendor Master supply chain data maintenance and ownership

+ Manage REQ Release for critical suppliers to ensure we are avoiding minimum charges and driving PO consolidation with specific suppliers to align with supplier’s warehouse execution

+ BU Supply Chain owner for implementation of tail spend initiatives and drive high level of adoption from the SATs with current and future programs

+ Supply Chain project owner for elements of New Product Introductions and significant ECO changes to be coordinated with launch dates and specified sites

+ Identify and manage eliminate suppliers from our current system and move direct spend business to Ariba

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

+ Minimum of 2 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

+ No relocation assistance is being offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of one of the locations listed on the job description. Active duty military are exempt from this geographical limitation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution

+ Three plus (3) years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience

+ CPIM or CSCP Certification (APICS)

+ Structured Problem solving certification (Lean or Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt)

+ MRP experience in Mapics and SAP

+ MAPICS, AS400, Vista, Mentor, Qlikview experience

**Skills:**

+ Strong statistical and data analysis skills, able to mine data, develop insights, and drive improvements with large and complex data sets using Microsoft Excel and other software packages

+ Demonstrated ability to influence remote stakeholders at multiple facilities

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead change

+ General understanding of accounting principles, supply chain, and manufacturing processes

+ Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and ability to balance multiple priorities

+ Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills with proven ability to able to present and persuade complex ideas to all levels of corporate hierarchy, business leaders, customers, and suppliers
