**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead bartenders during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.

+ Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

+ Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.

+ Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.

+ Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.

+ Handle cash, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily receipts.

+ Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional guest service.

+ Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times.

+ Demonstrate and promote Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.

**Critical Skills & Experience Requirements**

+ Proven experience as a Bartender

+ Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

+ Must meet the legal drinking age requirements in the jurisdiction of employment.

+ Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
