**Job Description**

Vehicle Lending Concierge Sales Representative will interact with customers through phone, chat and email in a call center work environment. Vehicle lending team members will need the ability to manage a pipeline of potential customers and can drive sales/service excellence. Role responsibilities include helping the customer with the application process, navigating a digital experience, collecting application stipulations, loan signing, vehicle titling and post funding follow-up. Vehicle Lending team members identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Makes sales presentations to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization’s products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

**Basic Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Four to five years of clerical experience

**Preferred Skills/Experience**

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

- Proven customer service/relations skills

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Well-developed negotiation skills

- One to two years of product sales experience

- Auto and Recreational Finance experience

-Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.88 - $29.13 - $32.04
