​ **The Opportunity**

EY's Solution Excellence practice is a team dedicated to assisting pursuit teams with the development of large scale, multi-competency solutions for consulting clients. As a Solution Integrator, you will have a direct impact on driving successful pursuits and ultimately successful delivery of sold projects across the firm.

**Your key responsibilities**

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the solutioning process during the pursuit of opportunities and in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs). You will be part of a pursuit team, working closely with account leads, sector and industry leaders, pursuit lead, subject matter resources (SMRs) and solution architects (SA) to define a competitive and deliverable solution.

The Solution Integrator aligns the pursuit team and SMRs/SAs to the solution timeline and then drives the solution process. This role is responsible for coordinating the SAs to provide scope, estimates, risks, and assumptions for their workstream and knitting together the different workstreams into a single, cohesive solution. They lead the team through the Solution Review with EY leadership, ideally resulting in an EY approved solution to propose to the client. Outputs from the solutioning process are key inputs to the final proposal response and pricing.

**Skills and attributes for success**

+ Ability to team with EY professionals at all levels, who span multiple practices and competencies across the firm

+ Previous consulting experience that would afford you the understanding of all potential firm capabilities involved in solutioning. While the Solution Integrator is not expected to be the SMR for each competency, they need to be able to identify the experience required to define the right solution, assess solutions proposed by the competency Solution Architects and weigh in on potential risks and alternative approaches

+ Previous experience supporting consulting pursuits and responding to RFPs

+ Strong business acumen and ability to quickly build trusted relationships

**To qualify for the role you must have**

+ Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience

+ 8+ years of experience as a technology consultant

+ Experience working on large scale transformation projects that span across business capabilities

+ Experience driving, evaluating, and consolidating estimates, validating resourcing needs and delivery timelines

+ Understand and have experience with multiple delivery methodologies with an understanding of how to shape stages and critical milestones respectively

+ Have experience with top down and bottoms up estimating approaches and impacts to delivery approach, commercials and assumptions

+ Ability to drive teams toward deadlines and work under tight timelines with short turnarounds, as is the nature of business development pursuits, and willingness to take ownership of delivering the solution to completion

+ Experience providing clarity and direction to teams from ambiguous RFP requests

+ Ability to learn about and understand new technical platforms that will be part of proposed solutions

+ Ability to travel to meet client needs

**Ideally, you'll also have**

+ Program delivery experience implementing transformative, multi-competency technology projects with an understanding of their approaches and common risks

+ Experience working with a variety of commercial pricing strategies

**What we offer**

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $163,400 to $373,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $196,100 to $424,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
