Pay Range: $83,229.60 - $115,689.14

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be immersed in analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on both internal and external financial data across our organization. You'll be empowered to take the lead in identifying and resolving challenges, while also contributing innovative ideas for improvement throughout ongoing analysis and research across various finance functions

What You'll Do

+ Conduct regular expense and cash flow reviews for financial optimization

+ Manage finance tasks like covenant compliance, debt schedules, and peer analysis

+ Proficiently handle complex spreadsheets with pivot tables and charts

+ Develop advanced forecasting tools for insightful company analysis

+ Assist in company budgeting and forecasting processes

+ Prepare compelling Board presentation materials for senior management

+ Efficiently respond to audit requests and inquiries

+ Advocate for Centuri's Core Values and culture

+ Perform other duties as assigned with versatility and proactivity

What You'll Have

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

+ 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Profound knowledge and understanding of corporate finance principles

+ Excellent written communication skills for composing complex reports and business plans

+ Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships within the company.

+ Capacity to uncover the narrative behind financial data, providing valuable insights

+ Skill in reading, analyzing, and interpreting professional journals, financial reports, and legal documents

+ Strong organizational skills, capable of planning and scheduling activities over extended periods

+ Effective management of large volumes of information across various formats

+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work

Work Environment

+ Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

+ 3-2 Hybrid schedule except during critical deadlines

+ Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

+ Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

+ Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff
